Egg Casserole
12 eggs, 1 ½ pounds ground breakfast sausage, 16 ounces (4 cups) shredded cheddar cheese, 7 slices white bread.
Preheat the oven to 350. Beat the eggs and pour into a lightly greased 13x9 pan. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, bread torn into pieces, and 12 ounces (3 cups) of the cheese. Mix well and pour into the egg mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
