Spelling - The next Spelling tests will be on Friday, March 12th.  First Grade words are:  does, been, did, family, people, said,sled, star, story, try, free, from, old, end, and fast.  Second Grade words are:  moon, zoo, soon, too, room, food, new, flew, grew, chew, knew, blew, shampoo, classroom, and newspaper.
 
Memory -  Memory for Wednesday, March 10th is "It is good to praise the Lord and make music to Your name."  Psalm 92:1.
 
Cultural Art Fair - The Cultural Arts Fair is Tuesday, March 9th in the school gym from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.   Come and see what your child has to share about their country.  I hope to see all of my students there.
 
Grand Person Day - Wednesday, March 10th is Grand Person Day. 
 
Scholastic Book Fair - Don't forget to check out the Book fair this week.  There are some great books to read and learn from.
 
Scholastic Book Club - Book order forms have been sent home.  If you would like to order please return the form to me along with the money or checks payable to Scholastic Book Club by March 11th.  I will order the books  so that they will arrive before Spring Break.
